Immediately out of the box, it had a perfect ocean breeze scent that filled the room. I normally burn candles 4-5 hours at a time, and after the first use, the scent disappeared! I lit the candle and let it burn for almost 2 hours with not even a trace of scent. This happened previously this summer with a ruby red grapefruit candle, so I'm not sure if it is just me, or if the oils dissipate quickly and I need to plan on using the candles up within a few days. Also, while the candles are all carefully wrapped when shipped, I've received many chipped/cracked jars :( They're so cute though!
