Shipping & Returns

Returns
We stand behind all of our products.  If, for any reason, you are not thrilled with any product purchased on our site, simply send it back to us.  We will refund to you 100% of the purchase price of the product or, if you prefer, we will exchange it and credit you 100% of the purchase price paid for that product.  Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 10 business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.  If you choose to exchange your product, we will ship your replacement within approximately 10 business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped via UPS.  In some cases orders may be shipped via USPS.  Most orders are shipped within five to seven business days from the time they are received and are delivered 1-6 business days after that.  We only ship to addresses in the contiguous USA.

To return your product, please mail your product to: One Fur All, 35 SW 12th Avenue, Suite 106, Dania Beach, FL 33004.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
