I purchased several candles from you, and after receiving a box from you in the mail, I received a call from someone is Wisconsin letting me know they had received my order, and in the box was a slip with all my personal information on it. THAT by itself was a huge mistake. I called the next day and found the person had already called so your.company had all the details. I offered to send everything back while asking to receive my correct order, and I was told not to worry about that. The person I spoke with said they'd notify the warehouse and get it taken care of right away. At no time between then and now have I received any emails or calls from your company about this. I did send a brief note about this through an email asking for me for a review a few weeks ago and never received a response. I called earlier this morning and spoke with someone who said they'd have to go over to the warehouse and ask. She called back a while ago telling me the warehouse had been unable to fill my order. So, this means no one did anything,.communicated to me that there was an issue or anything. Total disregard. The way this company handled this is deplorable. First someone on the other side of the United States gets my order AND my personal information. You lost a long-term customer.

These smell amazing and strong (in a good way) I purchased several mini candles to try from and one little tea light candle fills my entire house with fragrance. I never burned candles before because I didn’t trust they were safe for my dogs. There’s still a lot of research that needs done until I’m 100% OK with burning every day but so far every candle I’ve burned for a few hours has not bothered my fur babies at all!

Hi purchased the Fireside Candle in the the mini version and will definitely be buying the full-size next time. This is the perfect candle for reading, focusing, and creating a cozy atmosphere. I'll probably buy another one in the fall.

This candle reminds me of one of those deep, quiet winter days where it feels dark and cold inside. A day where you imagine your ancestors sitting by their fire or candles waiting for the stew to be finished. Love this one.

The Fireside Candle takes awhile to get the aroma out, but when it does, it creates a sweet smoky (without the smoke) smell of a nice cozy campfire. Not overpowering. It is now one of my favorites. Perhaps it will be a favorite of yours.
